My journey in technology began in 2005 when I built my first gaming computer, igniting a lifelong passion for hardware and software. I also built a strong foundation in IT through my studies at Valencia College (3.98 GPA, Phi Theta Kappa) and then University of Central Florida, where I specialized in Computer Science. These experiences laid the groundwork for my professional success in enterprise IT.

Professionally, I have gone to work in various roles that further refined my skills in system administration, infrastructure, and customer support. At Apple Inc., I served for 4 years as a Senior Technical Advisor, providing tier 1 & 2 support for macOS and iOS devices. At Alorica, I supported Dell ProSupport clients, enhancing my troubleshooting and documentation expertise. Most recently, at Full Sail University, I managed a hybrid Azure environment, improving deployment efficiency and ensuring seamless operations for over 5,000 devices and 2,500 end users.

In 2024, I expanded my skill set in cloud technologies by earning certifications in Microsoft Azure and 365, demonstrating my ability to quickly learn and apply advanced concepts. Over the next six months, I plan to continue pursuing certifications in Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), and ITIL to further enhance my expertise. As such, I look forward to leveraging my evolving skillset and 15+ years of enterprise IT experience to contribute to a forward-thinking team that values growth and innovation.
